To book click on the button above and it will open up to the booking page. Select if you would like a video or telephone appointment and use the calendar to select an appointment time and enter your details. You will be sent an email with the booking details and link to change or cancel the appointment. If this is your first appointment please use the link below to fill in your details for the appointment https://www.ttgc.com.au/details.html.
An email with the invoice and link to join the consult will be sent out a day or two before your appointment.
Most appointments available are on Thursday during the day, or in the evening on some days. If needing a different time please get in contact here and we can find a more suitable time.
The appointment is run via telephone on a secure platform called Coviu which is designed specifically for telehealth appointments https://coviu.com/.
If requesting a video appointment the platform requires you to have access to the internet, a device with video and microphone as well as the latest Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox browser. There is no need to download any apps or create any accounts.
When it is time for your appointment, simply click the link in the invoice you were sent to join the session. You may be asked to ‘approve and accept’ for your camera or microphone to be used. The page will ask you to take a photo and fill in your first and last name for the appointment. Once it is your appointment time you will then be connected to the consulting room.
Before your telehealth appointment, it is a good idea to do a pre-call test to ensure your internet speed, camera and microphone are working. To do this go to https://tools.coviu.com/precall then click 'start test' and follow the instructions.
At the time of your call, try not to have other programs, apps or streaming services running, as this may slow down your internet speed
If you are still having issues connecting please have a look at the Coviu patient support page for further guidance. https://pr.coviu.com/coviu-support-for-patients
If having technical difficulties during the appointment we can convert to a telephone appointment.
