To book click on the button above and it will open up to the booking page. Use the calendar to select an appointment time and enter your details. You will be sent an email with the booking details and a link to join the consult when it is time for your appointment.
Most appointments available are on Thursday during the day, or in the evening on some days. If needing a different time please get in contact here and we can find a more suitable time.
The appointments can either be via phone call or video is run via a secure platform called Coviu which is designed specifically for telehealth appointments https://coviu.com/
The platform requires you to have access to the internet, and a device with video and microphone.

When it is time for your appointment, simply click the 'Start Consultation' button in the email you were sent to join the session.
Before your telehealth appointment, it is a good idea to do a pre-call test to ensure your internet speed, camera and microphone are working. To do this go to www.tools.coviu.com/precall then click 'start test' and follow the instructions.
At the time of your call, try not to have other programs, apps or streaming services running, as this may slow down your internet speed
